Contact Center AI Company Observe.AI Announces Andrew Acedo as VP of Enterprise Sales

San Francisco, CA, USA, Nov, 2020 -- Observe.AI, a provider in contact center AI, announced Andrew Acedo has joined the executive team as Vice President of Enterprise Sales. Acedo will be responsible for leading Observe.AI’s enterprise sales arm, focusing on refining the company’s up-market strategy and building a sales team to support continued growth after a Series B round of funding in September of this year.

Acedo drove sales and customer success strategy for Presado before making the jump to ActionIQ where he led sales, partnerships, and strategy and contributed to an 8X growth in revenue in three years.
