Avaya and IR Elevate Alliance and Expand Availability of Prognosis Solution Suite


Sydney Australia, Jan 15, 2019 -- IR, a global provider of experience management solutions for unified communications and contact centers, announced that through a new agreement for IR Prognosis for UC and Contact Center, Avaya and IR are expanding the market for sales through the Avaya Select Product Program. Avaya customers can now acquire IR’s line of products and services through their existing Avaya agreements, with Avaya providing a single point of contact for IR support.
