Ahemabad, India, Apr 19, 2023 - A 17-year-old girl, who left her home after an argument with her parents on Monday night, was traced to Nana Chiloda with the help from the Abhayam 181 helpline. The Naroda 181 helpline team received a call at 1.30am on Tuesday, stating that a girl has been found in Nana Chiloda area of the city.

When the team reached the spot, they found the girl, but she would not speak or give the team any information such as her name or where she lived. The team handed over the girl to Naroda police. On Tuesday morning, the girl told the police authorities that she lives with her family near Memco overbridge and her father is a manual labourer.

Locals near the Memco bridge identified the girl and took the team to her house at Chandan Nagar ni Chali in the vicinity.

The family informed the police that the girl suffers from a mental illness and has earlier also walked away without informing anybody at home.
