VoiceWorx Participates in the Expansion of AWS Contact Center Intelligence Solutions

Atlanta, GA, USA, Jan 13, 2021 -- VoiceWorx.ai announced its participation in the global expansion of Amazon Web Services (AWS) Contact Center Intelligence (CCI) solutions. VoiceWorx is an AWS Partner that specializes in helping customers add Self Service intelligence to their existing contact center solutions, leveraging AWS machine learning (ML) services such as Amazon Lex and Amazon Kendra.

VoiceWorx Smart Contact Center (SCC) solution enables No-Code creation of intelligent virtual agents (Lex Bots) for various Contact Center platforms to handle customer interactions over Voice and Chat.
