Macquarie Telecom Partners with Call Centre Software Vendor ipSCAPE
Sydney Australia, July, 2019 -- Macquarie Telecom has partnered with Australian contact centre software vendor ipSCAPE for a cross-sell and collaboration agreement of its telco and hosting services.
MacTel will offer ipSCAPE products as part of its managed cloud services offering, while providing ipSCAPE with Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) services. The telco will also deploy ipSCAPE software to its Hub support centre in Sydney.
Founded in 2005, Sydney-headquartered ipSCAPE offers a cloud-based call centre platform sold on a per-desk SaaS basis.
"We are excited to be growing the market together with Macquarie Telecom, to help more businesses move their contact centre to the cloud," ipSCAPE chief executive Fiona Boyd told CRN.
"This is a partnership of two great market-leading Australian companies who have come together to provide a solution that will dramatically improve the customer experience capabilities offered in this market."
MacTel group executive Luke Clifton told CRN the partnership is a win for both companies and their customers.
"We have invested for decades in our industry and in Australian jobs," Clifton said. "By partnering with ipSCAPE we will remain at the forefront of technical innovation supporting our enthusiastically service-orientated staff."
