Golden Recognition for Cyta Customer Service Centre

Nicosia, Cyprus, Mar 28, 2022 -- Cyta’s Customer Service Centre 132 has won gold for Best Contact Centre in the Customer Service & Operations category, at the first Cyprus Customer Excellence Awards – an event held in Nicosia by BOUSSIAS Cyprus, on March 23, 2022.

Cyta also took gold in the same category for Best Use of Customer Data & Insights, and silver for Excellent & Seamless Pandemic Customer Service, as part of the Best Experience in the Covid-19 Crisis category.

The awards underline the telecom organisation’s commitment to service and its flexible adaption to the needs and requirements of each Cyta customer.

"At Cyta, customer is written with a capital ‘c’," noted the organisation’s Call Centres chief Spyros Christofides. "We invest in supporting our clients, as well as in sincerity and cooperation, on an ongoing basis.

"We want continuously to improve our customer service experience, which is why we recently created new online service channels that have already been embraced by the public, as confirmed by relevant surveys."
