Sao Paolo, Brazil, Sept 7, 2017 -- Digital transformation has been fueling profound changes in the business model and process architecture of organizations. Therefore, Paschoalotto, a teleservice company, which is a Brazilian provider in the recovery of credit, collection and management of non-performing credits, has the support of Stefanini to leverage the company’s digital transformation.
According to Wilian Domingues, CIO of Paschoalotto, the result of this partnership will be a scalable and platform that will support all of the company’s new products and customers. "We are looking at our entire systems platform and making the company more digital. To accomplish this, we needed to review all of our system concepts and integrations. Stefanini has proven to be an ideal partner to help us to develop our micro-service platform and assist us in putting digital transformation into practice in our business," says the executive.
Stefanini contributed by developing and approving Paschoalotto’s entire software architecture, adding micro-services which guarantee autonomy and independence for the various applications. "We want to accelerate Paschoalotto’s digital transformation through an integrated offering with a high level of automation, including robotization, analytics, and artificial intelligence solutions. Our goal with this project is to use the digital platform as a differential in the market and ensure that it demonstrates our scalability and robustness," states Elizete Marson, executive director of Stefanini.
