Chandigarh, India, Feb, 2021 -- The UT education has released helpline numbers for students of classes IX to XI. The helpline will be operational from February 20 and will remain active till June 10. The helpline will be answered by lecturers and trained graduate teachers working at government schools. The helpline also includes the number of a counsellor.

A letter including all the numbers has been sent by the district education officer to heads and principals of all government high and senior secondary schools.

The helpline will remain open with effect from February 20, 2021 to June10, 2021. Any student can contact any member of the helpline between 3 pm and 7.30 pm.

"You are directed to display the helpline numbers on the school notice board and inform the the students about the same," read the letter.
