LiveAgent Kicks Off the Year with a New Milestone
Bratislava, Slovakia, Jan, 2019 -- After years of negotiating and months of preparation, LiveAgent – a help desk & live chat solution – successfully moved their website from ladesk.com to liveagent.com. LiveAgent is determined to help any business offer personal customer service with their toolkit that aims to keep operational resources at a minimum.
"LiveAgent has always been considered an advanced help desk software that is heavily product-focused", says David Cacik, head of Marketing & Customer Success at LiveAgent. He adds: "However in the current era, brand and visual aspects are playing important roles in the decision-making process of customers, so we are adding more resources to support our product’s brand."
Even though this milestone is more of a personal character, the overall unity is beneficial for customers and the general audience as well.
"We’ve had a problem in past where customers and prospects would call us a wide variety of names including Live Agent, LAdesk, LAD ask, Live Agent desk and others", says Tomas Varga from Customer Success team, who is in direct contact with people on daily basis. He also points out: "The problem is not just with the product’s non unified name, it’s the confusion that comes along with it that makes your audience question your product in general, even though it doesn’t affect customer experience."
