FourNet and Digital Workforce Turbocharge Contact Centre Automation

London, UK, July, 2022 -- FourNet, a digital transformation and customer experience provider, have joined forces with Digital Workforce, a provider of intelligent automation services, to offer a new strategic consultancy service delivering robotic process automation for customers.

Digital Workforce works with vendors in automation to create an ‘As a Service’ cloud-based model. Since its IPO in December last year, Digital Workforce is concentrating on growth areas in intelligent automation (IA) in UK healthcare, financial services, insurance, and contact centres, in addition to offering strategic ‘best practice’ consultancy in automation.
