Lifecell Opens New Outsourced Call Centre in Nikopol
Nikopol, Ukraine, Dec, 2018 -- Ukrainian mobile operator Lifecell, in cooperation with the company Global Bilgi, has opened its new outsourced call-centre in the city of Nikopol. Global Bilgo runs in total four call centres for the operator.
The new centre has 25 staff and another 30 employees are undergoing training. It is expected that the new call centre will reach 90 employees in the future.
