Alexandria, VA, USA, Mar 2, 2022 -- Spok, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Spok Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPOK) and a provider in healthcare communications, announced that the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC) has selected Spok Care Connect(R) to replace URMC’s existing operator console and to support its clinical communication needs at its flagship Strong Memorial Hospital.

URMC will deploy Spok Smart Console(R) for operator services and Spok(R) Messenger for critical connectivity and to support fast clinical response. The organization will rely on Spok(R) Smart Web to provide one directory that will serve as the centralized source of accurate contact data for all roles across the hospital.
