Khoros Named a Leader in Social Suites, Q3 2021 Analyst Report

Austin, TX, USA, Aug 9, 2021 -- Khoros, a provider in digital-first customer engagement software and services, announced it has been named a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Social Suites, Q3 2021.

Khoros received the highest score in the strategy category and the highest scores possible in 12 criteria, including social customer response, social organic publishing, product vision, revenue, among others.
