Yorkshire FinTech Celebrates 10 Years and Global Expansion

Since it was founded in 2008, Key IVR has grown in size and service offering. In ten years, the organisation has grown from a small Doncaster based automated IVR provider, to a dedicated team of specialists offering a wide range of payment channels across telephone, web, SMS and mobile apps. 

After a recruitment drive within every department, the end of 2018 saw Key IVR grow from 30 members of staff to over 50 and with offices in the UK, US, Moldova and Ireland, they intend to continue their expansion throughout the years to come.
