Real-time Governance Module for TTD Call Centre : JEO
Tirupati, India, May 16, 2019 -- TTD Joint Executive Officer (JEO) B Lakshmi Kantham on Thursday directed officials to transform the TTD Call centre as a real time Governance module. Speaking after a review meeting at TTD administrative building here, the JEO said the call center should be geared up to gather information from all TTD wings and present them in a devotee friendly manner.
He asked officials to take steps to increase the subscriber base of Saptagiri magazine. He instructed the officials to take immediate steps to resolve the devotee grievances narrated in the Bhaktulato-Bhavadeeyudu programme.
