HAL and Seabourn Confirm Call Centre Team Promotions

Southampton, UK, July 13, 2022 -- Holland America Line and Seabourn have announced a series of promotions within the brands’ UK contact centre over the past few months.

The moves come under the management of Sarah-Jane Jacobs, who herself was recently promoted from UK contact centre manager to UK and Europe senior contact centre manager.

Late in 2021, David Wright was promoted from concierge to team leader, alongside existing team leader Joanna Taylor.

Elsewhere, at the start of the year, Caroline Saunders was promoted from concierge to key accounts specialist and in April Lucia Falso was promoted from concierge to senior concierge.



In May, Sam Walker was promoted from concierge to res accounting representative, while in June Richard Freeborn and Hanna Lewens were promoted from international air sea representatives to international air sea specialists. On 1 July, Lucie Cousin was promoted from concierge to key accounts specialist.

Managing director UK and Europe Lynn Narraway said the firms’ contact centre team "work so hard" in handling cruise, air and hotel reservations for guests and travel partners.

"It is therefore a real pleasure to be able to reward members of the team for their knowledge, experience and loyalty," she added.
