Xperium Launches JOE, AI Enabled OmniChannel Messaging Platform for Hotels

Gurgaon, India, March, 2021 -- Xperium is pleased to announce the launch of its Journey Orchestration Engine for omni channel messaging (Xperium Joe). It enables hotels to directly engage with guests over WhatsApp, SMS and other key messaging platforms.

Using Xperium Joe, hotels can send targeted communication through various stages of guest journey; starting from booking to post checkout. Leveraging its smart segmentation engine, hotels can create custom segments and orchestrate unique journeys based on the segment. The platform uses past data to create campaign and segment suggestions.

Xperium Joe also enables automated replies using an AI powered conversational bot which can be used to answer common guest queries related to hotel policies, amenities and timings.

The creation of this platform is driven by the fact that text messaging is a preferred way to communicate with businesses for 9 out of 10 consumers. 95% users in US, India & South East asian markets are active on WhatsApp & SMS. According to Heymarket research, business text messaging has a response rate of up to 80%, and SMS have an high open rate (98%). Using Xperium Joe, hotels can increase guest engagement by upto 200%, creating significant upticks in revenue and guest satisfaction.
