About Me, My Hobbies & Interests!

Been involved with 3 employers where contact centre technology has been paramount, since Sept 1995. Initially providing/running/ supporting the technology behind a specialist call centre, then 2 companies through one infrastructure. Still supporting the specialist CC but also a volume CC. Then moved to provide multiple company deployments of CC functionality, through multiple locations and often at a few hours notice -> operational. Current employment (Computacenter) is developing the infrastructure for a 25+ global location CC solution. Previously had 14 years with computing, networking and voice (inc early implementaions of PCs [1984 on], PC networks ['85 on], structured cabling and converged voice & data solutions ['90 on].)
