I have many years of entrepreneurial, business management and business development experience. My area of expertise is in the contact center industry where I have worked in management and operations consulting for both established centers and start-ups.
My most recent experience is with Orion Industries where I created Orion’s Contact Center Services Division, and planned and opened the Orion Customer Relations Service and Training Center.
Orion is a nonprofit organization with a mission to enhance career opportunities for men and women with disabilities. Since 1957 we have supported this mission through the successful operation of businesses. Orion’s goal with these businesses is to deliver world-class service and products, which helps to ensure continued support of our mission and creates an ideal environment for vocational training.
I am active in the customer care customer care community and you will find me at number of industry events through the year as a speaker, sponsor, vendor, and moderator.
