Outsourcing S.A. was originally founded in October 1993, to satisfy the growing need to interact with PC users offering friendly, timely and professional customer service. As a result of our success, we formed a strategic alliance with Compaq, managing their Call Center and Help Desk operations.
In August 1995, we expand out portfolio of services and clients to offer integrated solutions for companies with growing technology and other needs. At that time our services included acquiring, retaining, growing, servicing, billing and qualifying clients.
In September 2001, we expanded once again, becoming a corporation, under the name of Outsourcing S.A. We became the founding member of the Colombian Call Center Association.
Outsourcing S.A. has grown significantly. We now own four Contact Center sites in Bogota. Our newest center is completely outfitted with the latest technology, affirming our position as pioneers in the Colombian Contact Center & BPO industry.Please Login
