I have worked and travelled extensively across Europe, the US, South Africa and Asia and have a very good understanding of the cultures involved in each country; very important when creating the right solution for my clients. My passion and what excites me and gets me up every morning, is the fact that this industry is still growing and ever changing; BPO 1.0 was all Freephone telephone numbers on TV adverts, with quick response handling and also white mail (remember those days when customers actually wrote to you) and now its BPO 5.0 or is it now BPO 6.0 (depends who you talk to) where its all touch, swipe and social. I love it as I'm still in it!
