I've been in the contact industry for a little over 15 years now - I began as a tech support agent, worked up to a Senior Manager overseeing a staff of around 250 at the age of 23, then transitioned to the development side of the house. Early on I represented BPO's in the Brick and Mortar and inside sales world; however, since have transitioned to a more customer centric and comprehensive virtual model, building relationships and supporting clients across multiple verticals in a more strategic partner role Vs the traditional transactional vendor.
