As an Operations manager with The Probe Group, I was presented with the opportunity to set up the offshore operations in Philippines, which I transformed from 8 seats to 200 seats over 3 years. In my tenure with Probe, my ability to transform under performing campaigns to achieve record breaking results, through an integrated approach of understanding the business requirements, setting the right measures of performance, continuous improvement and building high performing teams helped me win multiple accolades from the business and clients.
