For more than a decade related to the Call Centre industry. In 2010 started working at Mellon Poland, which provides, among others, outsourcing services to customers from the financial sector. Gained experience in "start-ups" of many projects, sales and maintenance, including the creation of a new branch of the company. As Operations Director, manage its Contact Center in two branches located in Warsaw and Lodz. Recently responsible for the development of the current activities of Call Center, both in terms of providing the highest quality of campaigns, as well as their effectiveness.
