Ben decided to pursue his long time entrepreneurial dreams and founded a BPO startup firm named A78 Solutions Corp. After barely 6 months from launching operations, A78 was quickly noticed in the industry and was offered various mergers, partnerships, acquisition among other opportunities. Ben is currently a member of the Board at Aptus Global Solutions Inc together with Jose Rafael Mojica III, Annette Gozon and Ramon Shintaro Valdes, Ben utilized over 12 years of experience in the Outsourcing and Offshoring industry, delivering outstanding customer experiences and result driven management methodology has become second nature. Having worked through different levels in an outsourcing organizational structure from his humble beginnings as a call center agent, Ben gained expertise in balancing operational delivery with technology. Ben with his team developed strategies for various industries that minimizes costs without sacrificing quality service. Ben thrives in challenges specially those involving management, human resources and labor law compliances.
