Ben Oxford (PhD Candidate., M.Ed., B.Prof.Stds., B.Teach., Queens Trust Recipient). Ben Oxford has over 20 years’ experience in the designing, building, operating and leading of independently recognized world class customer service operations. This has been achieved across many sectors from Education, Employment Services, Engineering, Finance, Gaming, Government, Higher Education, Health, Mining, Not for Profit, Outsourcing, Policing, Transport, Utilities and more recently Community - Mental Health services. Many awards/medals have been received locally, nationally and globally for the person centered, results driven, innovative work Ben and his teams have achieved over this time. A 3 x time CCW medalist for medium contact center. Including GOLD in APAC and BRONZE medals in the Global competition. A regular CCW International Judge and Awards presenter. Ben is proud to be the Australian CCW Executive Ambassador and has been associated since 2008. Lifeline WA is a 24 x 7 x 365 Suicide prevention support service. Connecting with Help seekers in need (by phone) and the digital modalities of SMS Text and Online chat. Support, connection, being listened to, heard in a safe place. The Digital Crisis Support workers (Volunteers and Staff) are highly trained. People do not have to face their problems alone. Lifeline WA is a proud member of Lifeline Australia.
