Ben Oxford has 20 years’ experience in the designing, building, operating and leading of independently recognized world class customer service sales /operations centres and organizations. This has been achieved across many sectors from Policing, Transport, Mining, Engineering, Utilities, Gaming, Finance, and more recently Health and Higher Education. Many awards/medals have been received locally, nationally and globally for the work Ben and his teams have achieved over this time. A three time CCW medalist for medium contact centre. Including GOLD in APAC and Bronze in the Global competition. Also a regular CCW international Judge and Awards presenter.
