Brook Elkins has occupied numerous leadership positions in customer support management and medical operations management for the past 20 years. Since joining Optum in 2013 as the Director of Product Support and the Optum ICD-10 Support Program Lead, Brook has improved leadership and structure within the support organization. Prior to joining Optum, Brook served for 14 years in numerous Operational and Program leadership roles at Hewlett Packard. Additionally, Brook is in his 25th year in the U.S. Air Force Reserves and is currently working as the Medical Operations and Planning Officer for U.S. Northern Command. He holds a Master’s degree in Leadership from a Military Service Academy and is currently pursuing Doctoral studies in leadership. Brook is married with 3 children.
