My background includes 20+ years of leading and influencing business operations within Financial Services across EMEA. Drawing from my own experience, I developed a passion to equip leaders to be more effective and happier in their workplace and therefore went on to found Casting Crowns Coaching to inspire Operations and Contact Centre Leaders to reach their full potential. As an award-winning leader, I have a deep understanding of Contact Centre Operations. I apply my knowledge, combined with my coaching skills, to help individuals navigate the myriad of demands placed on them. I hold the view that coaching provides an essential companion for leaders to thrive in this ever-changing and demanding environment. I trained originally with The Coaching Academy in London where I graduated with distinction as a Personal Development Coach (an ICF approved qualification) and Accredited DISC Practitioner. I am currently completing my qualification in Corporate & Executive Coaching at the same institution. Over and above this, I am working towards an accreditation as a Heartstyles Associate where the focus is on personal development of leaders to aid business growth. I continue to stay abreast of operational industry best practice, through my involvement as an Awards Judge.
