In recent periods, I respectively worked in a company named Procat for a short time, in a company named CMC for 3 years as Voice and Telephony Systems Manager after the support of ININ (Pure Connect) and managed voice substructure, ININ (Pure Connect), Genesys (Pure Engage), Avaya (Definity) and Zoom (Genesys Call Recording), and Verint systems. Subsequently, I deliver Pure Connect support On Site and Remote for the second largest telecommunication operator of Switzerland as Senior System Engineer in CCR for the last 5 years. In this company I monitor the processes of making new projects and carrying them out, making systemic changes according to the needs of customers, delivering system support 24/7, and planning all planned works. Now I am working as a Company owner of CTComm and Freelancer for different Call Centers, Contact Centers and IP Based Telephony Platforms and VOIP Products Cenk GÜNDÜZ
