My current role is Bus. Process Delivery Associate Manager in Accenture Credit Services – Sacramento. I am responsible for leading a Call Center Unit to provide exquisite quality Customer and Sales support for a major bank's home equity account. I joined Accenture, via divestiture, in August 2015 and I’m so excited to be a part of such a dynamic company. This company has an amazing appreciation for their employees which yields employee satisfaction. My team and I have adopted the culture and enjoy an environment that is, both, inclusive and collaborative. It is how we spark innovation, develop talent, improve results, win customers, and grow business. In my personal life, I have been very happily married to my wonderful husband, Carl, for over 24 years and, together, we have raised a blended family of 6 kids and have 14 grandchildren. We enjoy our big family holidays and get-togethers. We also enjoy golf, camping (RV) and traveling.
