Christopher James Stewart is the Logistics Customer Service Centre Director for DHL Supply Chain Singapore since 2012. He is responsible for the contact centre operations based in Singapore, Malaysia and India. He has over 30 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing industry. Prior to this role, Christopher was the Executive Vice President for Zenta Group overseeing contact centre operations in Mumbai, India. He successfully grew the business from 400 to over 3,000 contact centre agents across multiple sites with a focus on the credit card lifecycle. He also managed the client relationship with NCO, the world’s largest accounts receivable organisation. Prior to Zenta Chris owned a contact centre consultancy company and successfully delivered projects in South Africa and Kuala Lumpur. Christopher is married with three children, two boys and a girl. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball and riding on his Harley Davidson road glide.
