Responsible for setting and implementing Global outsourcing (Offshore / Near shore) strategies across the organizational footprint. This involves developing and establishing strategic relationships with Global Sourcing third parties and building partnerships and expanding MCCS products and services. Also Responsible for Advising clients, account sales teams and internal functions on maximizing the leverage of the global Delivery model.
Responsible for formulating strategic vision and development plans, business plans, analysis and best practice. Monitored and managed product performance metrics including CIP development and KPI adherence. Lead the development of products and services for EMEA and implement policies and procedures using best practice industry standards (e.g. ITIL and Six Sigma quality standards).
