With 15 years in outsourcing and call centers, my passion and skillset has been founded in the arts and leading people. Optimizing environments through understanding group dynamics and coaching leaders has been my obsession. I have an post graduate Honors degree in Industrial Sociology which translates well in these dynamic environments. Getting the best out people is essential especially during lockdowns and restricted face to face contact situations. I am a family man who loves spending time outdoors either mountain biking, surfing or just travelling taking loads of photographs and living life to the max every day!
