Our flexible, web-based application Steam has resulted in the full automation of a broad range of contact centers in several countries. After the establishment of Codelogic in 2007, two years were dedicated exclusively to market research and software development. Importantly, while research and development are ongoing efforts, valuable feedback from Steam users has led to further improvements of the system.
