At 21 I dropped out of college to tour with a band from Ireland as their drummer. It was the best decision i could have made. I learned the art of sound design, audio production, and musical composition in the real world. At 31, I went back to college to ultimately receive my BA in Business Management from Hofstra University. At 33 I launched MusicWorks, an international on-hold media company providing wall-to-wall CX solutions for the Contact Center industry. 20+ years later, MusicWorks manages more than 5,000 business locations throughout every state in the country, every province in Canada, and parts of the Philippines.
