In May 2015, I began working at ONQ as a customer service representative. I quickly went on to become a team supervisor, assistant manager, then manager, and most recently was promoted to director of Revenue Cycle Management. In this new role, as Vice President of Operations, I work closely with different customer service and business processing outsourcing teams. I was born in Santiago, Panama, and was raised in Miami, Florida. She attended American Senior High School and studied medical assistance before moving back to Panama in May of 2013. She enjoys cooking and baking and loves 80’s movies. I love my 2 beautiful fur babies Dixie and Phoenix.
