In addition to my other credentials, I am a registered and certified learning and development professional who is now pursuing a risk and compliance accreditation. I excel in upholding service level agreements, performing quality control checks, conducting root cause analyses, designing learning curriculums/ plans, and maintaining satisfactory VOC experience. I have strong coordination ,facilitation & mentoring skills that are mostly driven by being result orientated and success driven.
