Since I graduated on 2005, I have started my career the call center of a leading telecommunication company in Hong Kong. Over these 15 years, I had rotated at different position. Starting from a Frontline Agent, Manager Assist, Team Leader and became Team Manager currently. I have developed various skills at different position which included selling skills, complaint handling skills and leadership skills. Currently, I am leading a team with over 20 members. My job included in assisting my center manager for the daily operation of the center and formulating the business strategy as well.
