Elena Levchenko | Personal Profile
Elena Levchenko is a director of BEEPER in Ukraine, Member of the Council of the All-Ukrainian Contact Center Association, Member of the Board of the Ukrainian Direct-marketing Association, Member of the Call Center Guru Council. She graduated from the Kiev T.G.Shevchenko State University. Elena paid special attention to relations with customers, she permanently improved her skills in this field, in particular, in the Steps to Service Quality Institute (Dublin, Ireland), and successfully introduced the “6 Sigma” program for improving service quality in Beeper. Since August of 1999 she has been managing work on development of various Contact-center activities. Under her management a set of full outsourcing projects for domestic and foreign companies was successfully fulfilled. Elena is an author of the Universal methodology for assessment of operators work quality which was successfully introduced in 2008 for inbound calls. In 2011 the methodology was adapted also for assessment of sales projects. In the conference “2010 Top Ranking Performers in the Contact Center Industry”, held in London in 2010, Elena was awarded as a «2010 Industry Champion for Ukraine» With her direct participation there was created the “School of Sales” which enabled to widen a set of offered goods and services and also to enhance effectiveness of sales. Since 2012 the external corporative trainings have being carried out within the frames of the “School of Sales”
