Before becoming Project Manager for Executive Council in August 2008, Hadi served as Customer Services Manager for Dubai World Asset Management Arm “Nakheel”. where led calipered team for re branding and positioning of the customer services and experiences, the launch of the triplicated sophisticated contact centers, developed augmented information systems and oversaw the celebration of competitive edge of customer satisfaction and corporate revenue growth. Hadi has served seven years as Senior Operation officer for Etisalat Telecommunication, responsible for business development, performance compliance development, compliant management, Total Quality management, launched a superior service cross UAE Etisalat’s Information Service, achieving on consecutive years’ service excellence. He was also in charge of competencies and talents management, operation supervisory and innovative strategy development.
