I joined WNS South Africa in 2005 and is currently responsible for the contact centre operations of British Gas Business. I have10 years call centre experience, comprising inbound and outbound across various communication channels. I joined WNS as a Customer Service agent and worked my way through the ranks with dedication and a hunger for growth. Previously, I worked for a publishing company as an advertising sales agent where I got my taste for the importance of Customer Care.
During my time with WNS, I have looked after various accounts including Financial Services, Mobile Services and Utilities. I have also been involved in the setup of two different campaigns within the organization.
