
Frank Esparza has over 20-years of successful Sales and Marketing experience in various industries. He currently is part owner in Call Center Services International a near-shore bilingual contact center solution. Frank has also held positions with Steton Technology Group as Director of Business Development. Steton is a global leader in enterprise level quality management software. Under Frank’s leadership, Steton posted record sales and revenue. He developed the sales strategies and marketing campaigns that landed some of Steton’s biggest clients such as Dunkin Brands, Applebee’s Restaurants, Cracker Barrel, and Texas Roadhouse, and also worked with executives from Marriott International, Wendy’s International and Darden Restaurants (Red Lobster & Olive Garden). And prior to that, he spent 7 years with Corporate Express a $4 billion sales and distribution company. While there, he maintained a $2 million sales quota and worked with top organizations such as MCI Woldcom, AON Insurance, Bank of New York, Cornell Hospital and many others. He has also held sales and marketing positions with Pitney Bowes and The Walter Karl Group. Frank holds a Bachelors degree in Business and Marketing and a Masters degree in Computer Information Systems from Pace University in White Plains, New York. He has also held volunteer leadership positions with The Boy Scout of America and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
