Gabriela was born and raised in Panama, she moved back to Santiago in 2018 after getting a degree in Industrial engineering. She started working in ONQ Contact Center the same year as a customer service representative for one of their clients. Meanwhile, she was getting a degree in Education, and a few years later during the pandemic, she was in charge of her own team. In 2022 she was promoted to the ONQ Management team in the Knowledge Management Development division. Gabriela has a son and a dog, which she deeply loves. She enjoys outdoor activities (She used to perform and competitively train in a swimming team), and she also enjoys dancing and cooking.
