Since 2014 I have successfully performed in multiple positions in the Client Care role. Beginning my career at entry level, I ascended to Senior Executive Director experiencing a full scope of operations roles in the interim. My background includes knowledge in workforce management concepts, as well as accomplishing excellence in B2B Fleet Sales, Care, Scheduling, Migration, and Tech industries. In my free time, I enjoy exercising daily, spending time outdoors and especially at the beach, and spending as much time as possible with my 2 daughters making happy memories together.
