I successfully PROVE that SINCERE and PROFESSIONAL PUBLIC SERVICE is can be provided by FUN AND FLEXIBLE ways. Now i promoted as service consultant that accompany agent during online while responsible for accuracy of the answer. I also have a role as quality auditor to assess agent by recording analysis.
