With over 25 years of experience in the contact centre industry, I have a deep and broad knowledge of customer experience (CX), employee experience (EX), machine learning (ML), artificial intelligence (AI), and contact centre. I am passionate about working on the leading edge of technology and solving business challenges with innovative solutions that enable measurable business outcomes. I have proven improvements in CX, EX, top and bottom line growth, and strong relationships with C-suite leaders across APAC. I am also a lifelong learner and a certified AWS machine learning and cloud computing professional. When I am not improving the customer and employee experience, I enjoy cycling, surfing, snowboarding, camping, hiking, and spending time with my family.
