I am a flexible change oriented business leader and sales professional, having both led and been an active participant in teams throughout my working life. As a keen rugby supporter, I see the huge parallels between business and sport relative to teamwork and collaboration and how delivering outstanding results is dependent upon this. Highly self motivated, I am intuitively focussed on the desired business outcome - sales growth, customer satisfaction and employee engagement. I have worked in the Telecommunications and applications space for nearly three decades - working with major vendors such as Avaya, Microsoft, Aspect, Polycom, Audiocodes, Sonus, Plantronics and Jabra to name a few. I learnt my trade in one of the most successful channel businesses in the telecoms space - SDX Business Systems where I worked in the early 90's and recruited and partnered with some of the most successful VARS and resellers in the UK. Subsequent experiences have sharpened my sales and marketing skills to be even better equipped to lead and manage a blended go to market strategy.
