Douglas Jackson are a specialist recruitment consultancy, working exclusively within the executive and skilled Contact Centre and Customer Service market.  We recruit for Directors, Head of Departments, Managers and Analysts across call centre operations.  This includes but is not limited to operational areas including; Sales, Service, Collections, Projects, Technology, Resource Planning, MI, Dialler, Client Services and Relationship Management for the front and back office environments, across the whole of the UK and offshore.  

My specialist area within the contact centre market is executive level appointments and I am particularly well networked within the Director level and ‘Head of’ area. I have placed very successfully in this space recently having secured talent for purely strategic/ more operational roles across sales/service/ customer experience/ back office,  and also roles within innovation and change/ performance improvement/ client services.
