3 years ago I start my job in this contact center with first step as a single skill agent for banking transaction only, after 6 month I have been promoted as a multi skill agent not only for banking transaction but also for credit card transaction because of my work achievements. How lucky I am has been choosen as a priority agent on my second year while others began a multi skill. As a priority agent who handled the prime customers, I have won 1st place in our internal competition called "SMART motivation award" for 3 months in a row. Because of this continuous winning, my company give me trust to compete for national competition and I can prove it as the best national customer service 2014 in my country. As a winner for those competition, my company give me a reward as a role model and brand ambassador for the company profile in 2014. And its a prestige for me. Now, I one step ahead to the international level through this prestigious event "the contact center world". I am so grateful for every chance that given to me to represent good will for my company
