I have more than 25 years of professional experience, 20 of which are related to the areas of technology, labor outsourcing, and contact centers. At the age of 29, with just over 30 days to go before the baby mile was born, I decided to undertake, and together with two friends, we created a contact center company that over 10 years employed more than 700 people and served national, multinational and public companies (bidding ). My greatest achievement as an entrepreneur was to have implemented, in record time, a 24x7 multilingual call center to assist tourists during the 2014 FIFA World Cup. In the last five years, I have also worked as a technology, telecommunications, and contact center consultant supporting companies that want to outsource or in-house their technology or contact center operations.
